Airmedia360 was born from the dream of someone who, being almost a child, looked up at the sky with the immense need to fly helicopters. He didn’t know exactly “how”, but he had the absolute certainty that this was his path.
Today, looking back, we realize that this dream has materialized into something much bigger. Step by step and project by project, we have built the leading drone company in the sector, accompanying directors and producers to take their stories to new heights.
This is the story of a passion that has never been lost and of a team that continues to look at the sky with the same fascination as the first day.
The journey has not always been free of turbulence. Behind every perfect flight on screen, there are countless hours of work behind the scenes.
We have faced doubts, overcome technical challenges, and made difficult decisions. However, our driving force has always been constant learning and an unwavering commitment to visual excellence.
Reaching these 14 years of experience at Airmedia360 would not have been possible without the people who have joined this adventure. Because in this industry, nothing truly great is built alone; it requires a team that believes in the same vision from day one.

Cutting-edge fleet and self-construction: we not only operate the most modern equipment on the market, but we also have an engineering department to manufacture drones and custom solutions tailored to the script’s needs.

Over this decade and a half, we have had the privilege of experiencing incredible projects and reaching places that seemed unreachable in more than eleven different countries. We are proud to have been pioneers and leaders in the industry, setting the standards that govern aerial filming today across more than 2,500 audiovisual productions.
Some of the moments that have defined our trajectory include:
Pioneers in cinema integration: we were the first company in Spain capable of adapting a drone with the Ronin 2 to fly large-format cameras (like the Alexa Mini or RED Epic), changing the rules of the game.
First to certify and fly in Controlled Airspace: we managed to certify the first American pilot and coordinated the first drone flight in controlled airspace in Spain (together with AESA and ENAIRE) for the movie Wonder Woman 1984.
Night and complex operations: we became the first Spanish operator to fly in night scenarios within controlled airspace, in addition to coordinating a temporary segregation (TSA) at Tenerife North Airport.
Custom engineering: we designed and manufactured the largest self-built drone in Europe exclusively at the request of Netflix.
Lighting and visual innovation: in 2020, we presented the first aircraft capable of recording in 11K (in 360º) with more than 30 minutes of autonomy, and we revolutionized night shoots by launching the Stratos Spotlight, the first aerial lighting array in Spain.
Regulatory vanguard in 2026: we are the first company to certify the Inspire 3 and Matrice 350 RTK drones in class C5 under the new European STS scenarios, overcoming stock shortages and homologation challenges.
Nature in its purest state: the only company with cinematic images of the Teide National Park and pioneers in capturing the beauty of Garajonay for UNESCO and Japanese television (TBS).
Beyond technical achievements, our growth cannot be understood without human relationships. We firmly believe in the need to “band together” to give our professional best and strengthen our sector from within.
For this reason, we have consolidated our presence as undisputed leaders from an institutional point of view, attending the most important events on the international and national scene.
Our vision has been present in a thousand events, including the Malaga Film Festival, Iberseries Platino Industria, CineEurope, Euro Cine Expo, Cannes, and the San Sebastian Festival.
We have also taken our passion to top-tier technological and tourism fairs such as Fira MAC, ISE, ExpoFórum Audiovisual de Tenerife, Mobile World Congress, and Promotur. In all these spaces, we have forged hundreds of contacts who today are friends, fellow adventurers, and loyal clients.
