FPV (First Person View) drones are drones that the pilot controls whilst viewing, in real time, what the drone sees through a pair of goggles or a monitor. Unlike traditional stabilised drones, an FPV drone records footage based on the drone’s natural movement, subject to the inertia of its own flight. This means that the shots are directly linked to the characteristics of the flight: sharp turns, rapid accelerations and acrobatic manoeuvres that create an immersive and dynamic experience.

FPV Usages

In film, advertising and television, FPV drones make it possible to create shots that would be impossible to achieve by other means: high-speed chases, sequence shots through confined spaces, close-up shots of actors or moving vehicles, and spectacular transitions. 

They are particularly useful for indoor areas and confined spaces where a conventional drone would not fit or would lose its agility and manoeuvrability.
